This presentation examines how intercultural pragmatics shapes the way corporations communicate and enact Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in global, multicultural contexts. It integrates key theories from intercultural communication, pragmatics, and CSR to analyze stakeholder engagement, ethical discourse, and practical case studies such as sustainability reporting, community development, and crisis communication. The lecture emphasizes culturally sensitive, ethically grounded communication as essential for building trust, credibility, and responsible global business practices.
